While Querétaro is geographically one of the smallest states in Mexico, it has access to more than 40 million consumers in 250-mile radius. As the population quadrupled in the last 15 years, it has developed a large foreign community with more than 10,300 residents. Querétaro is directly connected by highway to Mexico City as well as the north of the country and the United States via rail transport. The state government has a well‐structured plan to train an aerospace workforce and has invested in new training programs and university.
